Refunds/Returns
- We strictly do not allow refunds or exchanges for;
1.1 Change of mind/interests
1.2 Incorrect order submitted due to personal error
1.3 Cancellation of order/reservation on the day of delivery
1.4 if order is cancelled after changes or rescheduling of delivery - It is your responsibility to check the item(s), quantity, and quality of the delivered order. Any issues or discrepancies should be reported on the day of delivery. Issues reported after the mentioned dateline may or may not be entertained based on the company's sole discretion.
- We will only allow refunds for;
3.1 Missing item(s) in the order
3.2 Order not delivered
3.3 Wrong item(s) delivered
3.4 Issues with item(s) delivered (defects, spoiled, broken)
3.5 Order is cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control (weather conditions, insufficient stock/raw materials, traffic conditions or other causes)
3.6 Cancellations more than 72 hours from delivery/booking date
3.7 Finance charge of 3% of the total invoiced amount will be levied for cancellation of orders/bookings - Please send an email to hello@bakerswell.com and attached clear picture(s) of all products or items received and indicate your order number/invoice number
- For items that are spoiled or with defects, please include a clear picture of the product
- Your case will be reviewed by our team and arrangements will be made with you at your convenient date/time for any exchange/return(s) or re-deliveries. Please note that you nay be required to return the item(s) in the same condition as delivered to you. We will not accept any item(s) with signs of usage
